We are excited to have you join us for our annual HCA Wellness Summit in partnership with the University of Calgary. This summit is an opportunity to celebrate the amazing work that is going on across the province, be inspired, and connect in community with like-minded people who are passionate about post-secondary mental health and addiction.

This year our focus is on the conversation of Transitions and we are excited to have renowned social learing theorist Beverly Wenger-Trayner join us to understand how we can make the most of our opportunities.

I'm coming from out of town, is there a special hotel rate?

Yes, we have arranged a special rate at Hotel Alma at the University of Calgary.

2018 Healthy Campus Alberta Wellness Summit, June 10th to 13th, 2018

Eurostyle Standard Rooms $125.00/night

One Bedroom Suites $150.00/night; additional $15 per night for the 3rd and 4th individual

Two Bedroom Flats at Alma $105.00/night; additional $10 per night for the 3rd and 4th individual

Are ticket transfers allowed?

Yes, ticket transfers will be allowed for full days only (i.e. original purchaser attends Day 1 and transfers ticket to 2nd person for Day 2). Transferee will need to come to the registration table at the start of Day 2 with the original purchaser's nametag in order to receive a new nametag and transfer the registration.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be allowed up to 7 days before the event. Partial refunds for only attending part of the event are not allowed.
